Cashier (Cebu)

      • Demonstrate expertise and high-level knowledge on all processes, standards, mechanics and general activities

·      Ensure accurate and timely updating of reports relevant to store sales

·      Assist in activities within areas of responsibility – selling, cash deposits, supplies management etc.)

·      Assist the managers with proper filing and tracking of documents that go in and out of the store

·      Timely reporting and communication of SKU, Pricing concerns and discrepancies to relevant HQ personnel

·      Efficient and accurate handling of transactions while effectively communicating purchase related policies to customers

·      Master processing transactions through the POS system and is versed with different payment methods available in-store

·      Make certain of proper and correct turnover of change funds, petty cash and cash sales every time

·      Generates daily / monthly sales reports

·      Verify product details, release dates, and pricing in the product link and communicate to product specialists

·      Ensure organization and orderliness in area of responsibility

·      Provides feedback and points of improvement on store processes and protocols where possible

·      Keeps abreast on latest product news and information to effectively handle customer inquiries in-store and over the phone

The TITAN collective, which includes SLAM PH, TMG and NBA Store PH, offers internship opportunities to students and individuals who wish to be part of activities, projects and programs that support overall company goals. In this program, they are immersed in our general operations and are exposed to different teams and professionals, which help enrich their professional experience and contribute to their career goals.

We currently have internship openings for the following functions:

Copywriting Intern

The Copywriting Intern will be responsible for crafting engaging, impactful, and on-brand copy related to basketball shoes and the stories that drive the game.

The Copywriting Intern will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce written materials for a variety of platforms, including TITAN’s socials, website blog, email campaigns, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Descriptions: Write compelling, feature-focused descriptions for basketball shoes, TITAN products, and more, including technical specifications, benefits, and lifestyle appeal.

- Social Media Copy: Write punchy social media captions, posts, and ads to engage fans and customers across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

- Content Creation: Craft engaging articles, blog posts, and stories that highlight TITAN- related events, activations, culture of basketball, sneaker profiles, and more.

- Email Campaigns: Assist in crafting email copy that promotes new product launches, sales, and basketball-related content.

- Collaborate: Work with the Assistant Brand Content Manager to ensure that all written content aligns with brand voice, tone, and overall strategy.

- Research: Stay updated on current basketball trends, sneaker releases, and news in the sports world to inspire and inform copy.

Qualifications:

- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent command of language, with an ability to write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy.

- Creative & Adaptable: Ability to create content that’s both creative and brand - consistent, and to adapt to various writing styles (from product-focused to storytelling).

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation, along with a strong sense of narrative flow.

- Knowledge of Sneaker Culture: Understanding of basketball shoes, sneaker releases, and trends in the sneaker world is a plus.

- Passion for Basketball: A genuine love for the sport is essential—whether it’s playing, watching, or following the culture.

- Digital Literacy: Familiarity with content management systems, social media, and basic SEO principles.

Court Staff

Location: BGC

Ensures proper implementation of booking and check-in processes, implements court ground rules and protocols for security and court operations seamlessly.

Assists all Nike Members with court booking platform (NXP), schedules, and verifying booked appointments upon check-in.

Assists in execution of 365 programming, events and activations at the Courtyard.

Acts as a brand ambassador and promotes the Courtyard and other TITAN activities.

Documentation and reporting of Courtyard-related issues experienced by Nike Members.

Demonstrates ability to resolve complex situations that may arise.

Fosters a collaborative relationship with the HQ team to meet high performance standards.

Helps manage inventory of all Courtyard equipment.

Ensures all areas of the Courtyard are clean and orderly at all times, especially during opening and closing.

NBA Store PH - Advanced Associate

The Advanced Associate is well-versed with cash management and/or stock & inventory management all the while ensuring high-level consumer experience through product knowledge and reliable service.

 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree of any course

• Must have had cashiering experience handling various payment methods and or stock and inventory experience

• Demonstrates solid interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino, conveying information effectively

• Deep knowledge about the game of basketball, basketball products and is constantly updated with the latest information in the basketball scene

• Able to multi-task to meet both customer and operational needs

• Able to sustain genuine enthusiasm and positive attitude while servicing consumers

IT Operations Specialist

The IT team builds and promotes a culture of innovation, forward-thinking and efficiency within the organization to enable the business to achieve overall goals and success.

 

The IT Operations Specialist maintains, updates and optimizes current systems and infrastructure in various locations. This role also provides agile technical end-user support and solutions for hardware, software, application, data, network or security issues. S/he works closely with the IT Operations Manager in educating the team on best practices on security and how to care for company assets. Handling highly sensitive and confidential information, the IT Operations Specialist is trustworthy as s/he is effective in the technical demands of his/her role. Lastly, the IT Operations Specialist is constantly abreast of industry trends, practices and technological advancements that could be applied to the business for continued improvement.

 

Qualifications:

 

·      Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any similar course

·      Experience in Information Technology of at least 2-3 years; working in retail or e-commerce companies are advantages

·      Experience in managing integrated systems (hardware and software) in multiple locations

·      Knowledgeable in supporting Mac OS, Windows and Windows Server 2012 and 2019

·      Knowledgeable in Unifi Products

·      Knowledgeable in Google Suite

Graphic Designer - Apparel | Intern

Position: Graphic Designer - Apparel

Role Brief

In the Creative team, we’re brand guardians and proud to shape the direction of the initiatives TITAN has. To continue operating at our high standards and elevating products to maintain TITAN’s powerhouse, we’re seeking a new Junior Designer for our Apparel Team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for fashion and design trends, and the ability to translate creative ideas into visually appealing and commercially viable products.

 

Responsibilities

 :  Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphic designs for various projects, with a focus on apparel design

 :  Create mock ups and prototype of graphic designs on apparel to visualize the final product.

 :  Effectively communicate design ideas through presentations and visual tools.

 :  Assist in the development of sketches, renderings, and technical drawings for apparel design

 :  Organize and manage graphic design files efficiently, ensuring accessibility for team members and production partners. Prepare files for production, considering color separations and printing requirements.

 :  Attends required meetings

 :  Other tasks that may be assigned to you based on your role.

 

Required skills and qualifications

 :  Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
